Which "icy blonde" was more beautiful in their prime and who was the better actress? Their careers seemed to overlap occasionally. Cybill ran during Murphy Brown's reign at CBS. Cybill replaced Candice on Broadway in The Best Man. And both starred in at least one of the top 10 box office movies in 1971, #6 for Candice and #9 for Cybill.

I think I'm in agreement with DJM77.
Cybill was at or near the absolute apex of her beauty when she starred in the 1972 film The Heartbreak Kid. She was extremely well-chosen for the role, which taxed her acting skills minimally. Here's Cybill in the film, with Eddie Albert & Charles Grodin. She is stunningly pretty: |
