Default Janet in the Late Seasons: Looking Good!

In my opinion, Joyce DeWitt as Janet Wood was looking her best in the late seasons of Three's Company. Here are some looks at lovely Joyce.

Very pretty in a short dress. With her expressive eyes and very
dark hair, in a short haircut, Joyce has quite an appealing look:

Size: 178.8 KB

Her hair is a little longer here. Look at those eyes, so cute:

Size: 98.4 KB

I like how Joyce looks in this outfit. The white collar offers a
nice contrast with her dark tresses, which are just reaching it.
She is wearing short bangs:

Size: 94.2 KB

Joyce has a beautiful upper body, as seen here. She is quite
slender. Her face is really pretty. Gorgeous:

Size: 179.6 KB

I like the fullness of Joyce's longer hair, which is framing her
beautiful high cheekbones:

Size: 181.1 KB

Joyce is wearing very dark eye makeup, which looks good with
her dark hair. Her bangs are fairly long. She leaves us for now
with a very nice smile:

Continuing our look at beautiful Joyce DeWitt as Janet, in the late seasons.

Joyce is wearing a nice blouse in the first image. In
these 2 views, we see her high cheekbones as she
wears a boyish, short-to-very short hairstyle:

Size: 68.2 KB

Joyce's hair is much longer in this image, likely about the
longest she's had it on the series. The look is attractive,
with her tresses parted at her forehead. Again she is
wearing small earrings:

Absolutely beautiful smile. Joyce's long bangs accentuate
her look really nicely. This is a very pretty look!

Joyce is wearing a very formal, high-collared blouse. Her
eyes are gorgeous, accented with dark makeup and
surrounded by cute bangs:

Joyce is quite a lovely lady, with her beautiful dark hair
and foxy looks:

Did Joyce DeWitt begin to gain a significant amount of weight around Season 4?

I always preferred her natural girl next door look in the first two seasons. The 80s vixen Pat Benatar look is not as good IMHO. But she is beautiful in all seasons.

By the time Janet got the "mullet" cut toward the end, she became a totally different person, her voice was different, her personality, etc.... She always seemed she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, as opposed to her down-to-earth, chilled personality she had in the earlier years

A hairstyle in which the ears are substantially covered, along with medium-to-long bangs, in my opinion doesn't qualify under the "mullet" label. And that's how Joyce's hair was cut: ears covered, except for exposure of her earrings, and nice bangs (sometimes "curtain" style). As seen in the images I posted.

For a woman especially, a "mullet" implies a very bad hairstyle, so I disagree with that when studying Joyce's varying lengths. I still say she was looking good. Not to mention how great her legs looked in skirts & heels.

A mullet is a hairstyle that is long in the back and shorter on top, it was pretty popular in the late 70s and early 80s, even for women. It is sometimes stereotyped as a "lesbian" hairstyle, but many women had it in those days.

I agree. Janet did look better in the later years.

She reminds so much of Elvira on this one

Just happened to see this one on LogoTV this evening. Yeah, she was overacting to be funny but, still, she was really hot!

Janet was always the type I wanted to BE, not want to date though. Cindy was the type I wanted to date

You do realize that your mullet definition is lacking a vital aspect, as follows:

Most every definition of a mullet hairstyle includes mention of shorter hair in front and/or the sides. The definition you've stated cites neither. So... nyah!
