Looking "How much is NBC worth?" there is a website called www.wealthypersons.com which states that NBC is worth $35 Billion Dollars. Cosby is rich but not nearly that rich. Even for the wealthiest men on Earth, $35,000,000,000 dollars is an amount to be respected. Bill Gates, Elon Musk and the Amazon "bleep" are worth $200 Billion or so, so buying NBC would take a fifth of their total wealth, a fairly big gamble to own a TV network.
