TMC Member Forum Idol Join Date: Jan 09, 2001 Posts: 125,458	NBC picks up Quantum Leap sequel pilot to series https://deadline.com/2022/05/quantum...bc-1235017782/ Raymond Lee will lead the sequel series reboot of the 1989-1993 NBC sci-fi drama that starred Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell. Quantum Leap creator Donald P. Bellisario will serve as an executive producer on the reboot. Quantum Leap was the only NBC drama pilot in consideration for fall season. According to Deadline, the pickup means Lee is "potentially poised to become one of the breakout stars of next season." Lee will lead a cast that includes Caitlin Bassett, Ernie Hudson, Mason Alexander Park and Nanrisa Lee. Quantum Leap will be written by Steven Lilien and Bryan Wynbrandt, with Blindspot creator as an executive producer.
