Films with great direction but terrible writing
Basically, films that have great action action, visuals that are a feast for the eyes, some amazing acting, and the feel of the scenes flow well together. And yet on the same token, they have a story that's so terribly written. Like, there are convoluted parts in the plot that are at odds with each other.
