I'll give you one, the episode where Stephanie wants to get her ears pierced against Danny's wishes, since in his mind, she's still too young.
Why should their be an age-requirement for when a girl gets her ears pierced? Maybe, Danny felt she wouldn't take care of them besides not being mature enough. And he presumably had the rule in place so that she wouldn't just be a follower. But those particular notions weren't explicitly made clear. Maybe if I if were in Danny's shoes, I would let my daughter get her ears pierced whenever she says that she's ready instead of when I'm ready. |

^^^ I second this. Stephanie was in the fifth grade when she got the piercing done and was already mature enough for such an age. The only reason why her ears got infected was because Kimmy never once told her what had to be done with them. Instead, Kimmy only talked about the fact that the earrings couldn't be removed until six weeks later.

Going back to the "Stephanie gets her ears pierced behind Danny's back" episode, why didn't Danny consult Becky about that matter? I mean, Becky was for all intents and purposes, the closest thing that Stephanie now had to a mother. It would to me, make more sense to hear from a woman's perspective, since it would naturally be harder for a man like Danny to relate to and understand the feeling about being a young girl.
Instead, the episode like just about every Full House episode, has to resolve itself perfectly. Full House, I hate say this, seemed to be another one of those shows where the parents and adults were always in the right no matter what. Even though like I said, Danny's own rationale for why he didn't want his daughters to get their ears pierced until reaching a certain age doesn't make a whole lot of sense. |

^^^ Maybe Becky wasn't brought in for the piercing matter because such a thing had already happened with D.J. when she started wearing makeup after having such an awful first day of school in season three. Becky showed her how to not go overboard.
