I was surprised Wendy O Williams 1984 album WOW didn't do better but I think it got good reviews

The first album that comes to my mind is the self-named release from country songwriter Shane Minor. It got released on April 13, 1999. The first three songs from the album are what went to radio and the first song named "Slave To The Habit" had the best success of the three songs, but sadly it only took Shane as far as #20. That album from him ended up being his only one, but I loved it and I still do.
