Ron Howard, Henry Winkler, and Anson Williams all appeared separately on Howard Stern's show and talked about what a huge pain in the but Roz "Pinky Tuscadero" Kelly was (and she had b.o. to boot, as per Williams). So it's no wonder she never appeared in any other episodes.
