Did the Sylvester Stallone movie Over the Top "borrow" from Silver Spoons
Both Silver Spoons and Over the Top are about a pre-teen boy, who's fresh out of military school having to learn how to readjust his life with his estranged father. The only difference is that Edward Stratton III on Silver Spoons is a wealthy toy manufacturer while Sylvester Stallone's character in Over the Top, Lincoln Hawk is a truck driver who arm-wrestles for extra cash.
