The A.V. Club's tweeted a picture of the snafu, adding: "I’d like to thank the makers of the 2022 BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER calendar for obviously being devoted, passionate fans of the show who can readily identify all the most iconic characters."

Apparently, the calendar creators stole fan Andy Lambert's crossover fan art. The result is hilarious, but clearly, there are major issues with taking a fan's creative work and using it commercially... especially when you don't even know what characters are actually on the show.
