The Raiders-Browns game will kick off at 5 p.m. ET on NFL Network, followed by Monday Night Football at 8:15 p.m. on ESPN. Amid other outbreaks, the NFL has also moved Seahawks-Rams and Washington-Eagles to Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET on Fox.
