He was great as Mr. Bentley, one of the best parts of The Jeffersons. I looked him up in my primetime directory, but no other roles were listed for Paul.

I thought he left the show to do theater for a while. Might've just been a money dispute?

Oh, I remember! I'm not a Hot In Cleveland fan, but I did watch the first episode when it originally aired and that was the first time that I ever heard anyone say that. I thought that it was such a weird expression! Now I have a co-worker that I overhear saying it at least once a week.

No wonder I didn't remember him from Seinfeld. I hadn't seen that episode in awhile as I can't stand Kathy Griffin.

Yes he was the guy on Sesame Street who went around painting numbers in weird places LOL. Although I didn't realize it was him until I was a young adult and then it was like wow, that's the same man who played Mr. Bentley on The Jeffersons. LOL! And I bet a lot of people don't know that Paul Benedict isn't English he's actually American!
