Matt Walsh and Timothy Simons to Host "Veep" Re-watch Podcast

"Veep" is the latest series to get its own rewatch podcast series. Matt Walsh (Mike McLintock) and Timothy Simons (Jonah Ryan) are hosting "Second in Command: A Veep Rewatch Podcast".

The audio series will launch on podcast platforms and YouTube on October 12.

Each week they will re-watch one episode of "Veep" and reveal exclusive stories from filming, play trivia, answer fan questions, talk with political commentators about the show’s often absurd politics and more.

Expect familiar faces from the show to appear as well.

“It’s refreshing to see what her early agenda was like. It was inner-office politics,” Walsh says of Selina Meyer, noting that you can “sort of see the development of all the characters in her agenda.” Simons adds: “It is interesting to go back to some of these initial episodes and see characters who are still hanging on to some of their humanity and knowing where it goes. It’s like having, as my grandmother would say, the light of all eternity on it."

Will they supply viewers ear soap to use to wash them out after said viewings?

That show's constant profanity stream put stereotypical longshoremen to shame.
