for the success of Three's Company, and why? Were they were both equally responsible until Suzanne made herself into an irrelevance by her and husband’s salary and production demands?

John Ritter & that should be INCREDIBLY obvious to EVERYONE! Even the producers said there was no show without him yet Suzanne was expendable & they proved that because the show went on without her!

Jack Tripper MADE Three's Company but they could've gotten several other blondes to play Chrissy's role which they ended up doing!

Yeah even though the show was called Three's Company it was clear that John was a huge factor in the shows success but not to knock the other actors talents on the series but the producers were probably more responsible for pushing John as the main character too, the creators wanted to make money and they didn't take priority who's feelings got hurt.

It's not a question of pushing John. It's just a FACT that his physical comedy was by far and away the best on the show as Larry himself (Richard Kline) called John a GENIUS with respect to his physical comedy & basically EVERYONE agreed with that!

Also, the Queen of comedy herself Lucille Ball said Three's Company was her favorite show because of John!
