Fox’s ‘The Moodys’ removed from schedule

After just 2 weeks into season 2, Fox has given up on the holiday-themed show, pulling the show of the schedule indefinitely today. The rest of the show is likely to be burned off in the summer. The show has averaged a 0.26 in the demo.

The second season has 5 episodes as of April 22. The puppet show comedy Let’s Be Real will take its spot. The show has had really low ratings this season, ranking dead last of all of Fox’s half-hour comedy shows, even lower than Bless the Harts.

Basically I think it is cancelled.

That post is poorly worded. While The Moodys is being pulled, looks like its April 22 episode will still air according to Futon Critic. so not pulled immediately.. And only season 1 was holiday themed.

The Denis Leary-led comedy has been pulled off the schedule after five episodes this season. Two of the remaining three episodes will air back-to-back on June 6, with the final episode scheduled for two weeks later on June 20.

FOX should have just aired all three remaining episodes on June 6.
