Meanwhile, Rebecca thinks that she's a modern (at least in the '80s) businesswoman, when she's actually a regular loser like everyone else at the bar.

actually the only rocket scientist in the main cast is Frasier and he is not so bright at times (I forgot Lilith - is she at the top of the heap ?)

did the writers keep the cast just average I Q for mass appeal ?

Diane actually WAS smarter than Rebecca- especially after the 2nd year Rebecca was on!

And she was by no means as much of a crybaby as Rebecca was!
