Do you feel that she never became the star that early successes portended? She had some leading roles in made for television films, was the voice of Batgirl on Batman: The Animated Series, and aged into becoming a very attractive woman.

But she apparently, had issues with substance abuse, personal relationships, and mental illness which plagued her for decades.

Its awfully hard for a child actor to hit the big times later on. Few have managed it.

I think it's very difficult to for child actors to successfully transition into adult roles. Yes, some do, but many do not.
