The Slow, Painful Death of SYFY

The Syfy Channel has had a LOT of highs and lows since its launch in 1992. But with the cancellation of Vagrant Queen being one in a long line of promising shows cancelled too soon, it is starting to look like this could be the twilight days for the once great channel.

It's the same with most cable channels.

1 They start losing viewers.
2 The cut back on what they air to save money.
3 More viewers leave.
4 They only air original programming over and over or whatever else they can get cheap.

Look at MTV, they air hours of a show that is basically people commenting on youtube videos. No music there at all anymore.
