Report: ABC insiders fear Ryan Seacrest is "overdoing it" with his many jobs

“There are people at the network who are extremely worried that he is overdoing it,” an ABC source tells Page Six. A TV industry insider added: “People internally have started to ask questions.” As Page Six notes, Seacrest's absence from the May 18 Live with Kelly and Ryan show -- the morning after American Idol viewers feared he suffered a stroke on air -- was last-minute, less than 30 minutes before airtime. The good news is that Live is going on a weeks-long hiatus. |
