Has Tiffani Thiessen had a better career than Elizabeth Berkley

I mean, shortly after Saved by the Bell and later The College Years, Tiffani landed a second (assuming you consider Saved by the Bell and Saved by the Bell: The College Years to be a single show) hit series in Beverly Hills, 90210, filling the void left by Shannen Doherty's departure. In fact, Tiffani was on 90210 much longer than Shannen was (being on the show as a regular for five years; Season 5-9). Valerie Malone was virtually the complete opposite to the wholesome, nice girl character that Tiffani played on Saved by the Bell. I'm not going to do an entire rundown on Tiffani-Amber Thiessen's filmography but she post-90210, also landed leading roles on Fastlane, White Collar, and most recently, Alexa & Katie.

With Elizabeth Berkley, of course it's hard to discuss her post-SBTB career without mentioning Showgirls. We all know that the movie turned out to be a major disaster and Elizabeth really saw no benefits from it (other than maybe being apart of a modern day, camp cult classic). This is how TV Tropes summed things up:

Elizabeth Berkley in Showgirls. To note, just after the film debuted to savage critical reviews and middling box office performance, Berkley tried contacting a number of studios that had been aggressively courting her for taking such a risky role, since she had the Contractual Purity stigma she got from Saved by the Bell, only to discover that none of them would return her calls, and her agent unceremoniously canned her. While she's had some decent success with small films (Roger Dodger) and bit parts in shows like The L Word and CSI: Miami since then, it's a far cry from her days of ultra-popularity. She did regain some footing when she appeared on Dancing with the Stars.

Showgirls was a film that was supposed to be Elizabeth Berkley's launching pad into the film business. But it was so bad and exploitative that she was never hired again by studio bosses. She has since done an episode of Without a Trace, a recurring spot as Horatio Caine’s ex wife in CSI Miami and straight to TV films.
