Beanie Feldstein‘s banner year continues. The Booksmart breakout is headed to "Grey’s Anatomy", where she is set to play a new intern at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital whom Richard takes under his wing.

Her debut will be on this Thursday's episode where she will play Tess Desmond. ABC declined to reveal further details on her character and storyline.

Feldstein will later be seen on FX anthology "Impeachment: American Crime Story" where she will portray Monica Lewinsky.

Dear Grey's Anatomy: Please don't kill Beanie Feldstein's character

Feldstein is joining the ABC medical drama tonight as Tess Desmond, an intern who Richard is training during a blizzard that's part of a Station 19 crossover episode. "We really, really, really hope we're wrong, and Tess the intern will be around as much as possible until Feldstein starts filming Impeachment: American Crime Story as Monica Lewinsky later next month," says Lauren Piester. "But we've just got that feeling we always get when Grey's is about to make us fall in love with someone before cruelly taking them away from us."

Guest-starring on this show and getting to share scenes with the remarkable James Pickens (my chief always & forever) was heaven.”
