Union reached out to Jones last month after he alleged racial bias in his American Gods firing, since they both had shared negative experiences with Fremantle-produced shows. "Ohhhhhhhhhhh ... let's chat my friend," Union tweeted. Union sparked an investigation into America's Got Talent after alleging that it had a toxic culture. Fremantle produces both America's Got Talent and American Gods.
