Like he does on Bob's Burgers, Loren Bouchard has males voicing female roles on his forthcoming Apple TV+ animated series about a family of caretakers in New York City. “Animation just makes you want to take this voice and have it come out of this face. It’s so delicious that I just can’t stop myself,” Bouchard explained at the TV press tour.

I'm going to address the huge elephant in the room: the fact that gay men in the entertainment industry have begun taking over the spaces of women, out of the chauvinistic idea that they are better qualified than woman to portray themselves.
