Candace Cameron Bure Confirms Olsens Not In Fuller House Final Season

Fans were devastated when Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were not confirmed to return to the Full House reboot, Fuller House.

And ahead of the series finale, show star Candace Cameron Bure, 43, says that the news is still the same.

In an interview with PEOPLE Now, the mother-of-three gave a firm "no."

'You guys can hang on. Have hope. I know the answer. I've given up! It's not even given up. We let that go...day 1.' she confirmed.

Fans of Full House hoped the entire cast would return for the show's reboot, Fuller House, when it premiered in 2016.

But that was not the case when the show premiered in February 2016, almost 21 years since the original series ended.

Fuller House has gone on to have four seasons, and the first half of the final fifth season will air on Netflix on December 6.

In the season four finale, Kimmy gave birth to Steph and Jimmy Gibbler's baby. So the next season will pick up after that.

Fuller House didn't invite Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen back for the final season

“We did not reach out to them,” Candace Cameron Bure tells TVLine. “It was very clear several seasons ago that they did not want to do it.” Full House and Fuller House creator Jeff Franklin said during Season 3 he stopped reaching out to the Olsen twins when it became clear they didn't want to be involved on the Netflix series.

She never was in any episodes?

^^^ I doubt she was ever written out of the show. When Matt, Mary, and Simon weren't shown during the 7th Heaven series, they were still talked about.
