J.Lo and Shakira will perform the Super Bowl LIV halftime show on Feb. 2, 2020 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, the singers and the NFL announced on social media. "This is happening. 02.02.20,” Lopez tweeted with a photo of Shakira. "It doesn’t get any bigger than this!" added Shakira, who lives in Miami and who will celebrate her birthday on the day of the Super Bowl. Lopez hinted at the gig recently, telling Live with Kelly and Ryan: "It’s something that we’ve talked about for many years, and, you know, it would be nice. It would be nice. I can’t say I wouldn’t love it."

J.Lo, who will be performing with Shakira on Feb. 2, has received a lot of Oscar buzz for her film Hustlers. It just so happens that next year's Academy Awards will air one week after the Super Bowl for the first time ever.
