This doesn't count those in last position anyway but later on got the "and /as", such as Nancy McKeon "as Jo" on The Facts of Life. Just, those who DID NOT ORIGINALLY have the credit. For example:

Marian Mercer on It's A Living

Valerie Bertinelli on One Day At A Time

Marg Helgenberger on China Beach

For a brief time, Full House added "and Lori Laughlin" to its credits. I think it was season three.

Demond Wilson first received a "with" credit on Sanford and Son, and it changed to "and" around season five. I actually think the "and"/"with" credits alternated back and forth.

Not an "and" credit, but Rob Reiner and Sally Struthers's names moved to being before the All in the Family logo at same point. "Rob Reiner/Sally Struthers in..."

And Jimmie Walker as JJ. The original credit just listed the 3 kid actors together.

On Benson, Rene Auberjonois got promoted to the and as Clayton Endicott when Caroline McWilliams left.
