Both shows had fantastic seasons in their early years, but which show fell off quickly and which show had the better early years? Grey's Anatomy or ER?

ER, without a doubt. I wouldn’t say it was just the early years as most of that first decade was superb.

Grey’s Anatomy flatlined very fast and never reached the heights that ER did. Two very different shows in two very different eras.
