Most music artists/bands that make it big usually flame out quickly. For some, it might be just a hit song or two, some might have a few hit albums with several hit songs. The ones to have extended commercial success and relevance are in the minority.

Sadly it took this late beautiful precious 20 years to score his second top ten song after this one.

To me, the late beautiful precious leader of this song most definitely never should've disappeared in any way.

I don't know how one judges an artists or group that's forgotten and as far as I'm concerned most are remembered by those who remember them.
