The Good Girls star is proud of her past of on Parks and Recreation and, to a point, doesn't mind the catchphrase "Treat yo' self!" Yet she hates being typecast as a "sassy" black woman. "One of my least favorite adjectives, descriptors used for parts that I have to go in for, is 'sassy,'" she tells Buzzfeed News' new Facebook Watch show Profile. "I don't know what it is. I have this aversion to it. When I see it, I assume something, I assume what I think they want, and I don't wanna be a part of it." |

I hope she gets better roles instead of these tired stereotypes.

She's not too sassy on The Good Girls. I actually like her character on that show.
