"made me actually sick to my stomach"
https://tvline.com/2019/05/15/ginnif...fest-season-2/ Was she told what would happen before reading the script? "Oh, no, it unspooled for me as I read the script, and it made me sick," she tells TVLine. "Like, it made me actually sick to my stomach reading it, and it gave me actual chills. And I have to say that when I left the room where I was reading the script and came face to face with our nanny, who’s from El Salvador, I did not know what to say to her. I was so just thrown by what I had just gone through. What I did end up saying is, 'I hope you’ll watch this with me when it comes out.'" The Twilight Zone's immigration-themed episode was clumsy in its execution Ginnifer Goodwin was fine in this week's episode, but the lead-footed social commentary didn't work. While Rod Serling’s Twilight Zone could be heavy-handed, says Noel Murray, the original 1960s this week's "Point of Origin" episode closely resembled "had a certain slyness this installment could use." |
