The CG-animated series from brothers Kevin and Dan Hageman will "follow a group of lawless teens who discover a derelict Starfleet ship and use it to search for adventure, meaning and salvation." This is the second new Star Trek animated series in the works, after CBS All Access' Star Trek: Lower Decks.

Nickelodeon's animated Star Trek series now has a title and logo: Star Trek: Prodigy

The CG-animated series following "a group of lawless teens who discover a derelict Starfleet ship and use it to search for adventure, meaning and salvation" announced its title ahead of today's virtual Comic-Con panel. Star Trek: Prodigy is set to premiere in 2021.
