TMC Member Forum Idol Join Date: Jan 09, 2001 Posts: 124,545	Osundairo Brothers sue Jussie Smollett's legal team for defamation https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/ne...mation-1204016 Ola and Abel Osundairo, who were allegedly involved in the Empire star's hate-crime hoax, have filed a federal lawsuit against the actor's attorneys claiming they were falsely accused of an actual hate crime. “Statements indicating Plaintiffs actually criminally battered Mr. Smollett without his consent are patently false and defamatory, as Mr. Smollett originated, planned and orchestrated the attack," their lawsuit states.
