It's not unusual for reality stars to jump from one show to another. But Idol contestant Evelyn Cormier left such a bad impression with her 90 Day Fiancé portrayal that it overshadowed the kinder edit she received on the ABC reality show. "It didn’t matter that Cormier’s portrayal on Idol as the sweet, quirky singer was the polar opposite of her edit on 90 Day Fiancé as the controlling, self-centered bride," says Emily Yahr. "It’s a harsh lesson of starring on a reality show: First impressions, especially negative ones, tend to stick." |
