Blanche had done a lot of bragging to her friends on her sexual escapades and took pride in being a southern belle. This begs to question, do you think that Blanche had affairs while married to her husband George while he was still alive?

No I think she had an idealized view of marriage which led to her promiscuity after George died, striving as she was to find a replica perfect relationship at any cost.

She would of told Dorothy if she had, over some cheesecake of course, so probably not. I have to admit, it is a question I have thought about before though.

No. She even says in "An Illegitimate Concern" that "Those vows meant something to me, damn it!"
