Kelly for me by a mile from that group. Stacey Carosi next. Leah Remini is even more stunning now than she was then.
My next-favorite was left off ... Nikki from the Miss Bliss days. I always thought Heather Hopper was cute. Clearly the character from whom Jessie was modeled, but I liked Nikki more.

Tori Scott, she seems to be underrated in my opinion with Her on-screen interacted scenes with Zack are an A+
