According to the Daily Mail, "Tiffani Thiessen of TV"s long-running series Saved By The Bell was almost Rachel Green.

In an interview with Nikki Glaser's Sirius XM show, the 44-year-old brunette beauty revealed she went up for the role Jennifer Aniston eventually won on Friends, but lost out.

'Did you know I tested for Friends, for Jennifer Aniston?' said the TV icon who has appeared on Beverly Hills, 90210.

In a recent interview with Vulture, NBC Entertainment Chairman Bob Greenblatt sad there could be a redo.

'We’ve been developing it and we’re not there yet, but maybe. It’s an intriguing notion. That would be a different kind of [reboot] because you can’t just go back to that cast and say, "Let’s pick up where we left off!" We’re working on a new version of it, but nothing’s imminent.”

Thiessen, who played Kelly Kapowski on the show, said this week during the Build series in NYC that it would take 'a lot' to get the show going again.

'Legally, I can’t. I’m on another show,' the siren noted."

Seeing this makes me think of the five year age difference that Tom Selleck has with the man who plays has dad on the Blue Bloods show.
