ABC's new reality show that strands people on an island is similar to Survivor, except "the only thing these folks are trying to outwit, outplay, and outlast are their own personal demons," says Kristen Baldwin. She adds: "Beautifully shot and leisurely paced, Castaways is essentially Naked and Afraid without the winking titillation, or Survivor without the obstacle courses and interpersonal fireworks. If that makes it sound just this side of boring… well, that’s about right." ALSO: Castaways excels by focusing on the relationships between its participants.

I have been watching the show. Not a watcher of show like this, but thought I give it a try. It does show, who goes and who hangs on. The age 61 woman is hanging tough by herself and a few under 30 have left the show. Sometimes feel the older ones would go first. Bobby is hanging in there. I do wonder what goes behind the scenes. The camera isn't showing everything.
