Jodie Whittaker's Doctor Who outfit was party inspired by a black-and-white photograp

I just love the androgyny of it, without it being masculine, and I think that’s a really important line to find and quite a difficult one as well.” Whittaker says she presented the photo to Doctor Who's costume designer, Ray Holman, whom she worked with on Broadchurch. |
