JC Mounduix was spotted trying to "scoop" the genitals of his fellow housemates, male and female. According to TMZ, none of the housemates complained about his behavior.

isn't this exactly the type of behavior that the producers of this type of garbage TV want and encourage because it draws controversy and ratings?

Big Brother contestant who was accused of sexually harassing his housemates is now under fire for using the N-word
JC Mounduix was trying to explain the difference between "midget" and "dwarf" to black female contestant Bayleigh Dayton when he used a gay slur and the N-word. Mounduix was admonished two weeks ago for inappropriately touching housemates with an ice creams scooper.
