Thursday's special, titled The Last Days of Michael Jackson, is a “crass and unauthorized attempt to exploit the life, music and image," Jackson's estate said, adding: “Imagine if this was done with any of ABC’s intellectual property." Ever since Michael Jackson passed away in June 2009 I think the music world is trying to make Michael Jackson the Elvis Presley of the 2000's and I think why the Michael Jackson estate made ABC do this special is to honor the life of Michael Jackson but also I think the estate and Michael Jackson's family wanted ABC to investigate more into Michael Jackson's death for more answers and to see the case finally solved. But I can imagine that June of every year will be known as Michael Jackson Month and there will be more Michael Jackson mystery specials to be made. But another thing that I find shocking is that Epic Records is not releasing the second Michael Jackson album that was gonna feature more unreleased Michael Jackson songs that was supposed to follow the album Michael or have Nintendo release a sequel to the best selling videogame Michael Jackson The Experience to honor the anniversary of Michael Jackson's passing and other things. I think this mystery special was made to cash in on the popularity of Michael Jackson and to get the Michael Jackson estate more money. I can also bet that in a few years they will make Michael Jackson's mansion into a tourist attraction kind of like what Elvis Presley's estate did with Graceland. But I think Michael Jackson's fans are glad they have Michael's music to keep his spirit alive in their hearts
