Question How much does Brett Butler make off of the syndication?
That's probably the only reason why they did that last season-to surpass 100 episodes. By the way, in the syndication version they replaced the Arthea Franklin version in the first three years, with the generic opening used in the last two years.

They replaced the original Aretha theme song on the DVD release, too.
