Default Roz and Fonzie

Were any of you fans of the Roz and Fonzie relationship? I thought they were cute together and found the storyline kind of entertaining.. I heard that she was difficult for everyone to work with on set though.. I saw Roz on this cheesy movie called New Years Evil.. in 1980.. horror schock..

before the season started they made a really big deal about Pinky with a bunch of promos saying that The Fonz had finally met his match and that she was going to be his girlfriend and a rregular on the show, but apparently the audience hated her as much as the cast did.

Really?? I didn't know the audience hated her.. I thought she was cool but I was just a kid at the time watching that play out.. You would think with her looks at that time she would have had some following...

I just came her to ask about why Henry Winkler really didn't like working with Roz Kelly. He was on a podcast not to long ago, and he had nice things to say about everyone, except her, but he unfortunately wouldn’t give specifics.

Not that I'm excusing Roz Kelly's behavior but she's apparently, bipolar. That was revealed back when she was in the news back in 2000 for legal troubles. She likely wasn't diagnosed until years after Happy Days, though.

From what I remember, was Roz seen as being obnoxious and thinking a lot of herself. I believe she did not like Henry Winkler and was not shy about expressing that sentiment.

My guess is that Pinky was probably going to be a recurring romantic interest for Fonzie, but that was dispensed with once the producers realized how much of a pain in the ass Roz Kelly was.

I didn't think Roz/Pinky was very attractive myself.

Now her sister Leather, on the other hand, was very cute and pretty.

I think people would have got sick of Pinky if she had become a regular. The character was not very likable. I think it would have got old really quickly.

On YouTube, there are a bunch of episodes of Match Game with Roz as one of the panelists.

Gene Rayburn (the host), always introduced her as "Fonzie's girlfriend", as if she were a permanent part of the cast, but Roz always seemed to blow that off, so maybe she'd already been let go, but it just wasn't known yet.

Roz was fun and flirty on both shows and I always liked her.

If that's true, then Kelly was very shortsighted and did she really think getting into a pissing match with the BREAKOUT star of the show would lead to anything good?

If you're an actor/actress on a big-time hit show or any show really and you don't like the rest of the cast, then you have a second role of ACTING as if you do!

Roz could have parleyed this into getting her own spinoff!

From what I've heard, Roz was pretty unstable in real life.

On the other hand, it paved the way for Suzi Quatro to make several appearances as her little sister.

Roz was a photographer at one point and took some pretty famous pics of Jimi Hendrix in bed in 1969. They are online.
