Vanessa more or less shot herself in the foot career-wise by releasing her own nudes, thinking that would take her fame to Kim Kardashian levels. Her career never really recovered after that. Especially when major media outlets spilled tea about her sending nudes to various men in the industry, including some taken when she was underage and sent to male actors who were also underaged. She was a liability, pure and simple after that.
