Page Six reports that Kelly's NBC bosses are “appalled" at Megyn Kelly Today's plans because Sadler’s pay dispute was with E! News, which is under NBC Universal. “They are appalled (Kelly) would use their own airtime to criticize the company,” an “insider” tells Page Six. “It was bad enough when (NBC star0 Debra Messing weighed in on (Sadler’s grievance) on the Golden Globes red carpet on NBC. Now Megyn is going to put Catt front and center — on NBC! Yikes.” ALSO: Kelly criticized for praising fat-shaming.

I heard that Kelly wants to book Matt Lauer and Tom Brokaw together for a single show, with the plan of the three of them getting it on in a wild threesome. She's even giving Tom permission to reenact his back-of-the-head pulling on her. Charlie Rose is to play a cop who then comes in and breaks it all up, taking them in handcuffs to see judge Bill O'Reilly, with bailiff Tavis Smiley.

"Because that's what made her a star," says Kristen Baldwin of the Megyn Kelly Today host. Baldwin points out that "at least she was allowed to have opinions on Fox News, no matter how misguided; on Today, meanwhile, the producers (and maybe even Kelly herself) seem so fixated on making her 'relatable' and 'likable' that they’ve stripped her of the personality that made her interesting to watch — or hate-watch."

Megyn Kelly Today discussed the Brokaw sexual harassment allegations this morning, with Kelly cautioning her NBC News colleagues Kate Snow and Stephanie Gosk on jumping to conclusions about the NBC News legend. Kelly called the open letter signed by 64 current and former female NBC News employees "dicey." "It’s basically a character reference,” Kelly said. “And they’re saying, ‘For what it’s worth, my experience with him has always been honorable, and he’s always treated me well.’ And I understand that. Because when you love the person being under attack, you want to say, ‘This has been my experience'...I will say that the same thing did happen at Fox (News). And the truth is, you don’t know what you don’t know. And that’s not in any way to impugn Tom, who I love. And who’s been so good to me. Just saying, you don’t know what you don’t know."
