The lawsuit is highly unusual since people post screenshots of TV shows on Twitter all the time. But there appears to be a retaliatory reason behind the lawsuit. According to TorrentFreak, the man sued CBS Interactive in February for allegedly using one of his copyright images on the website 247sports.com.
