Actress claims Jeremy Piven groped her on ‘Entourage’ set

An actress who appeared on “Entourage” has accused Jeremy Piven of sexual assault.

Ariane Bellamar tweeted to Piven on Monday, “‘Member when you cornered me in your trailer on the #Entourage set? ‘Member grabbing my boobies on the [couch] without asking??”

She also tweeted, “‘Member when I tried to leave; you grabbed me by the ass, looked at yourself in the mirror, & said what a ‘beautiful couple’ we made?”

The actress later clarified that Piven cornered her and “forcefully fondled my breasts & bum” on two occasions.

“Once at the [Playboy] mansion & once on [the ‘Entourage’] set.”

Piven has yet to respond to Bellamar’s tweets. He did not return Fox News’ request for comment.

Piven is the latest name added to the growing list of actors accused of sexual assault or harassment following the allegations against movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Most recently, “House of Cards” actor Kevin Spacey was accused of making a sexual advance toward then-14-year-old actor Anthony Rapp. Spacey said he did not remember the incident that would have occurred 30 years ago.

NBC contributor Mark Halperin and director James Toback have also been accused in recent weeks.

Third Woman Accuses Jeremy Piven of Sexual Assault, Actor Denies

A third woman has accused actor Jeremy Piven of sexual assault. Advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby tells People magazine that Piven attacked her in 2003 at the Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York City.

Scourby says she decided to tell her story after reality TV star and Playboy Playmate Ariane Bellamar accused Piven of having sexually assaulted her on the set of HBO’s "Entourage".

“I 100 percent believe she’s being honest,” Scourby says.





“I remember I was wearing this white ribbed turtle neck and brown slacks — business attire — and I was sitting right next to him on the couch,” Scourby tells People. “We were talking for about five minutes and he said he was waiting for his publicist to come with us.”

Scourby continues that suddenly “he jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off and he forced me to the ground.” She says Piven exposed his genitals, held her hands down and began rubbing against her body until he ejaculated.





Piven denied the allegations in a statement to People: “Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.”

A representative for Piven tells the magazine that the actor would pass a polygraph test and that, “He’s now looking at legal options.”

Another women alleges Jeremy Piven sexually assaulted her on the Entourage set
Anastasia Taneie tells Buzzfeed she was 23 and working as an extra on the HBO series in April 2009 when Piven allegedly grabbed her breasts and genitals in a dark hallway as he forcefully pushed her up against a wall. “I was scared at the time nobody was going to believe me. I didn’t want to make a scene. I just wanted to go home,” she says. “It was the most horrible thing I’ve ever experienced.” Buzzfeed also says it spoke to two other women who claim to have had sexual misconduct experiences with Piven dating back to 1995. When contacted about Taneie’s allegation, Piven said in a statement: “Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.” The new allegations follow three other allegations of sexual misconduct. Piven's first accuser, Ariane Bellamar, alleged that he groped her in his trailer on the Entourage set in 2005.

One of Piven's reps has released a statement to EW:

Mr. Piven denies the situation falsely described. It did not happen. Mr. Piven took and passed a polygraph test to that effect. HBO has confirmed, with a public statement, that there has never been a single complaint about Mr. Piven arising from the production of "Entourage", or otherwise.

Anastasia Taneie is not credible. It is understood that Anastasia Taneie has various aliases, and is a/k/a Anastasia Sotomayor, and a/k/a Anastasia Kisling, who is reported to have been arrested for felony burglary and spent time in jail involving a scam to rip-off and harm another man, in which she was alleged to have gotten the victim to go out on a date with her while her accomplices burglarized his home.

Ms. Taneie is understood to have been recruited by porn actress Ms. Bellamar to make accusations against Mr. Piven and Ms. Bellamar’s lack of credibility has been well documented.

Given all the foregoing, this person is not a reliable or credible source. Mr. Piven, on the other hand, passed a polygraph test confirming the allegations are baseless and continues to maintain his innocence.

Three More Women Accuses Jeremy Piven of Sexual Mosconduct - Actor Threatens Legal Action

Three more women are accusing actor Jeremy Piven of sexual misconduct, bringing the total to eight accusers, according to a report by Buzzfeed News today. Piven denied the accusations, and his lawyers have threatened legal action against the website, BuzzFeed writes.

In a written statement to the website, Piven says, “These allegations, which in one case goes back more than 30 years and the two others more than 20 years ago, are false. As evidenced by the lie detector test I took and passed, I have never forced myself on anyone, nor have I ever exposed myself or restrained anyone against their will. To the contrary, if any woman ever said no, I stopped.”





The latest accusations date from 1985, 1994 and 1996. The earliest account comes from Susan McCain Olson, who was in high school when she landed a job as an extra on the set of Lucas, the movie that would be the 17-year-old Piven’s first film role. Lucas also starred Charlie Sheen, Winona Ryder and Corey Haim.

McCain Olson tells BuzzFeed that Piven once followed her into a trailer, pinned her down on the sofa, climbed on top of her, and started to kiss her. Reports BuzzFeed, “She said he then tried to reach down her shorts and feel up her shirt.” “At one point I kind of was like, ‘This is it, this is where I’m going to get raped,’” McCain Olson, now 51, says. “I kept trying to push him away. I was like, ‘No, get off me.’”

After she pushed Piven off, McCain Olson says, she left the trailer. “I saw him around after because we were on the same set but he never spoke to me,” she says. “Does it suck that it happened? Yes. Did it ruin my life? No. But he did it.”





The 1994 incident, described to BuzzFeed by a woman who asked not to be identified, allegedly occurred in Montreal, apparently while Piven was filming Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde there.

Now 46, the woman says she met Piven at a hair salon and agreed to show the actor around town. When she arrived at the hotel’s front desk, she was instructed to go to Piven’s room, where, she says, “he pinned her against the wall by grabbing her shoulders and arms while he tried to kiss her.”

“She was able to push him off her and demanded to know what he was doing. She said he asked her what she came up to his room for,” BuzzFeed writes. “She opened the door and left. ‘I didn’t want to stick around to find out what else was going to happen,’ the woman said.”





The third incident allegedly occurred in 1996, when Diane Gonzalez was an extra on the set of the "Ellen", the Ellen DeGeneres sitcom on which Piven was a co-star. Gonzalez describes a “consensual romantic encounter” that “quickly turned physically aggressive and left her feeling threatened.”

As Gonzalez describes to BuzzFeed, Piven “grabbed her and started to kiss her again, before picking her up, wrapping her legs around his waist, and taking her into his bedroom. When they got to his bedroom, Gonzalez said he tossed her on his bed, straddled himself on top of her, pinned her arms behind her head, and kissed her.”

“I think the threat was just how aggressive and how strong he became as he was holding me down. I just didn’t want it to get any worse,” Gonzalez says in the article. “I just kept telling myself, ‘Well, you’re alone, nobody knows where I’m at.’ It’s not like I told anybody I’m going to follow him home, so I kept telling myself, ‘Okay, you gotta play this smart now.’”

“I think the threat was just how aggressive and how strong he became as he was holding me down. I just didn’t want it to get any worse.” Gonzalez says she wriggled away from Piven, and the actor “started to belittle her and told her to leave.”





In a written statement to BuzzFeed, Piven says Gonzalez’s assertions “are not even physically possible. As one example, there is a claim that I grabbed the woman, started to kiss her, picked her up, and wrapped her legs around my waist. It is hard to understand how someone could hold a woman and at the same time wrap both of her legs around his waist without the consent of the woman.”

Piven’s lawyers told BuzzFeed that the women’s claims are “works of fiction” and the article was “conjured up in an opportunistic effort to capitalize on the current media storm in order to obtain attention and/or money.”

They threatened legal action against the website and noted, when BuzzFeed published a story last November about other accusations against the actor, Piven provided the results of a polygraph test he had passed “in which Piven said he’d never grabbed a woman’s genitals without her consent or used force to take sexual advantage of a woman.”
