Good question but I don't think so. Learning more about the autism spectrum is making me wonder if a friend is high functioning autism (Aspberger) because he gets thrilled over certain things that are everyday, like cleaning his cat's litter. Bull was a genius, and something I read stood out that many high functioning autistic people are as well. I have never been diagnosed as autistic but I was extremely introverted as a child and apparently that is a sign in some people. I don't think he was created as anything but a funny character.

Or maybe he was just a bit goofy. I've met plenty of goofy people in my life and none of them had a syndrome/condition. Well other than being goofy.
