Agreed!

I was going to make a list of the more absurd premises but I realized that's basically all the episodes. And the really crazy thing is that they worked and were actually funny. Green Acres is truly a one of a kind sitcom.

I'd say Mama's Family where Iola has her beloved kitty freeze-dried "like those little coffee crystals", and then Vint accidentally "kills" it.
