Default Why does Nick@Nite keep airing George Lopez?

I have heard lot of complaints on facebook saying this has been airing for way too long, so far it's been 10 years that this show still airs Nick@Nite continuously. But I've heard somewhere that this is a racist show, and some controversy going on I don't know how to explain.. They have lot of airings than any other shows. 7 or 8 of them.

I can see why. It's a crappy sitcom that is way overrated. And N@N needs to go through a drastic overhaul because seriously all they ever air is: Fresh Prince, Friends, George Lopez, & Full House. Like seriously.

I think there is more competition (such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon and over the air on MeTV, AntennaTV, ThisTV and the like...) for syndicated programs making it more expensive to get a bunch of different shows. In the meantime, they rebranded it as Nick MOM on the Nick Jr channel and then cancelled it due to cutbacks on acquired programming from Viacom. The same would go for the regular Nick at Nite.

http://www.nickandmore.com/2017/05/2...t-aired-shows/

To make it worse, for some surprise or no surprise, George Lopez seemed to be getting way more airings than Nickelodeon shows, even SpongeBob and Loud House. It has 49 airings per week on a Nickelodeon network! Even beating SpongeBob airings, that had 43 airings.

Seriously isn't it embarrassing? And GL is on nighttime airings! I hope Nick@Nite should realize what is really going on, because too much airings meaning it will tune out, ratings are already lower, even Lopez original is doing so poor on ratings.

GL only has 120 episodes! Enough to air few airings, but not more airings. Friends has at least 200 episodes and airs 4 airings per day!

I hate to admit it, but I wish SpongeBob should go back to #1 most airings per week, instead of George Lopez!

EDIT: as it turned out last Saturday May 20, there was Loud House marathon most afternoon as SpongeBob has been reduced. If SpongeBob gets little more airings, but less than 49, it's no surprise.

Because it has as Latino cast. Not too many shows like that and the Latino audience is big.

To make it even more and more worse: George Lopez is getting way too overplayed and getting more extra airings on week of Aug 21, 2017!

Fresh Prince starting on Aug 21 permanently gets reduced to 2 airings, (doesn't matter since other networks are showing anyway...)

All 4 shows (Full House, Friends, Fresh Prince, George Lopez) are owned by Warner Brothers. I guess Nick is too cheap to buy from other libraries.

Yeah, all shows airing Nick@Nite is stupid and worse, and too cheap

They should remove Nick@Nite because it is useless!

every time with N@N gets new acquisition like Goldbergs and Two and a Half Men, why is N@N still keeping George Lopez 3AM (offclock approx) to 7AM?? This is ridiculous! I noticed on schedule zap2it, GL has less episodes than Full House and Fresh Prince. Even Two and a Half Men have a LOT episodes than Friends, but only airing 1 hour.

Seriously, why can't GL leave N@N all together, and let Two and a Half Men replaces it? GL overplayed to death and everyone's getting tired of it!
