I wonder if she still lived there through the years. That's a pretty crappy looking house. I'm surprised she didn't sell it long ago. She hasn't been in great demand for years and I can't imagine she's that well off.

She is worth $2.5 million,but that must not be including the house,since the house sold for $3.9 million alone. He parents lived in the house until the both them died.I think the house might have been in her parents name,because it says the house was reverted back to her through a family trust. Instead of selling it,she could have had spent one or two million on building a new home on the property and selling it for $10-15 million . Here are the before and projected after the rebuild.

I am surprised the house was only $55,000. in 1969. Ocean view I would think would have been about $100,000. Then again I can't see the whole house from the photo. It could be a small size house. There was a house across the street from me that faces the ocean that sold in 1980 for $125,000, All the neighbors though the house was much too high in price. 30 years later, the house sold for 1.5 Million.
